I've been married to Jon for 17 years and have 2 fantastic kids, Daniel 14 and Caitlin 9 (nearly 10). I work full time for the NHS, love my job and am studying for an OU degree. In my spare time (ha ha) I have 2 hobbies or should I say obsessions! I started scrapbooking around 6 years ago when i lived in the USA, since then I have been addicted and it seems to have evolved into a passion for photography, they kind of go together don't ya think? I got my canon 400d as an early birthday present in April 2008 and it's the first manual I have ever read. I'm hoping to improve my skills and one day maybe do some portraits for a bit of pocket money.
